Good hotel

It was very clean and the room was comfy, and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was nice. The pool looked nice but we didn’t actually use it.

Our room was right next to the kitchen which was a bit noisy when breakfast was being prepared. There were a few mosquitos in our room, but that can’t be helped. On leaving we were asked to tip which felt a bit uncomfortable as we had only been there one night.

Beautiful hotel in the lively area of Getsemani. Warm hearted staff, that gives you a feeling of home immediately. The rooms are super comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast is excellent. I loved every moment staying here. Highly recommended.

It was interesting that you weren’t allowed to take key to room with you. It was to stay at a hotel in a box and wait till you return to give the key back.

Everything. The personal amazing, the rooms were clean and modern. The breakfast was wonderful. Location great. Loved the lobby and the rooftop pool.

Grest location in Getsemany

It is a great location in Getsemani. The place is very clean and the staff very helpful. The breakfast is OK and the small swimming pool usable after sightseeing under Cartagena oppressive heat.

The shower lacks water pressure for both hot and cold water. Although the staff is always very helpful and work hard to meet guests requests, sometimes the absence of a resident manager is felt. Overall, the Booking.com rating for this place is somewhat higher than I have been able to experience, mainly due to the bathroom

Good

This is a very cosy hotel near Plaza de la Trinidad. Spacious room with good amenities. Friendly staff and delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed and good airco. Would definetely recommend the spa services !

The shower was a disaster. Little to no (in the morning) pressure and only half hot water. Takes you ages to have a wash. Not something you d expect at a SPA hotel. Our room was on the groond flour, next to the breakfast area. It was very sensitive to noise so as soon as the first people come for breakfast, your sleeping is done... on top of that, staff starts preparing for the shift at 5am and dont seem to be bothered that the room is occupied and they may wake you up. Lack of sleep and a bad shower...
